Job Title: Accountant
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
2. Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
3. Account Reconciliation: Reconcile company accounts, including bank statements and credit card statements.
4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements.
5. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist with budgeting and forecasting, including preparing financial models and analyzing financial data.
6. Audits and Financial Reviews: Assist with audits and financial reviews, including preparing financial statements and providing supporting documentation.
7. Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis, including analyzing financial data and providing recommendations for financial improvement.
Requirements
1. Degree in Accounting: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
2. Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification.
3. Experience: 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar industry.
